Error codes on App

Dear GGR management, I am waiting in the service center nearby NTNU for exchanging water pump with calm mood coz I have knew there are some quality issues of parts in GGR2, batches before 1Q of 2018…what I like to mention, how about situation after my warranty expired ? Personally, I dont mind to pay for spare parts but I want to know why my bike is malfunction but your app shows my bike was all good (cheatting?)…since Gogoro is smart bike already, all errors are recorded in computer in the bike; Horece said, customers have beautiful bike, we take care battery…so customer shell have accessibility to know error codes on App especially! Please consider my request thanks
